What this site is

Extra Profit is a directory. We collect publicly available sweepstakes and giveaways from third-party companies and list them in one place. We do not operate any of them.

What we do not do

• We do not run the giveaways, hold the prizes, or select winners.
• We cannot enter you into anything, check your entry, or chase a prize on your behalf.
• We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open, or that a company will honour it.
• We never ask you for money, and we have nothing to sell you.

Every question about an entry, an eligibility rule, a draw or a prize is a question for the company named in that giveaway's official rules. Those rules govern the promotion, not anything written here.

How we are paid

Companies and their advertising networks pay us when a visitor completes an entry. That is the whole business model and it is why the site is free. It does not change what you pay, which is nothing, and it does not affect your chances in any draw.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use this site. Most listed giveaways are open only to US residents, and each company sets its own eligibility rules.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as is. Listings come from third parties and change constantly, so we make no warranty that any of it is accurate or available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from your dealings with a company. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer protection law of the state you live in.
